As a Part-Time Studies student, you can gain credit by means of the CLEP Subject Examinations as long as:

  • The credit is applicable to your degree program
  • Credit will be given for the Subject Examinations listed below and NOT for the CLEP General Examinations

Note that credits earned through the CLEP Subject Examinations are considered transfer credits. A maximum of 60 transfer credits, from any combination of appropriate sources, may be accepted toward your degree program.

If you register for any CLEP test, the numerical code for Villanova University is 2959. Your score report will come directly to the Office of Part-Time Studies.
