Our professional staff of over 95
people are here to meet your everyday technological needs. UNIT's
scope includes support for telecommunications, data networking,
remote internet access, software/hardware, websites, computer software
training, Novasis and Banner. And those are just a few of the services that UNIT's staff
provides.
There are several ways to get technical support from UNIT. If you
have a Villanova-issued desktop computer, you can call the Helpdesk
at x97777 or email
support@villanova.edu to report any problems. If you have a
laptop, you can call or email UNIT or, for faster service, feel free
to walk over to the TechZone with your laptop in hand! TechZone
Walk-In Hours are listed on the right side of this page.

UNIT offers free hands-on computer training to faculty, staff and students (both full-
and part-time) in various programs, including:

- Adobe Acrobat

- Oracle Discoverer
